“The beneficial ripple effect does not stay contained within you. It extends to your community.”
The Clear Beliefs Method is a set of master keys that open the locked doors of the subconscious mind, exposing the actual cause of your clients’ difficulties. It guides a client past the story-telling level of the mind to the belief layer underneath it, the infrastructure of the psyche. Once you can work there, change stops being partial or temporary and becomes structural. Most clients already know their current troubles have roots in the past. What they don't have is a way to reach that root directly.
Deep Attunement Practice focuses on the trauma-informed and racially informed coaching skills of the coach. It develops sensitivity, presence and emotional intelligence, so the coaching becomes more effective and breakthroughs come faster and are more profound. It helps you to create a genuinely attuned and racially aware space of safety for your clients, which allows for more effective facilitation. As a student, you learn to become a master at tracking your own responses as well as your client’s, as you also bring in a particular kind of unspoken racial sensitivity, so that their nervous system can sustain the belief and identity transformation.
With Lion Goodman's Clear Beliefs Method and Deep Attunement Practice guided by Silvia Causo, you will embark on an eight-month, life-changing journey of deep personal discovery, study and practice, from live class to supervised triads to your own clients, colleagues and friends.

Negative and limiting beliefs create doubts, fear, ambivalence, and procrastination. They undermine our relationships and our work. They prevent us from doing what we need to do to succeed. They appear as inner blocks and resistance, cutting us off from the free flow of energy, love, and wisdom that naturally flows through us.
With the integrated set of transformational tools of the Clear Beliefs Method, you will be able to communicate directly with your client’s subconscious mind and clear whatever is standing in their way – whether physical, emotional, mental, psychological, or spiritual.
The Clear Beliefs Method allows you to reprogram early programming from family, culture, and society – beliefs that interfere with your client’s creativity and power to move forward in life.
It is built on a solid foundation of both scientific and philosophical research in developmental and positive psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, somatic awareness, guided imagery, and consciousness studies. It is a unique synthesis of more than 50 years of study, practice, and refinement of practical techniques that work.
You will easily integrate these methods into your existing practice and customize each process to your individual client’s needs. You will help them integrate new empowering beliefs in place of their old limiting ones, shifting their reality toward positivity and possibilities.
Coaches, psychotherapists, healers and consultants around the world are using the Clear Beliefs Method to catalyze profound change in their clients’ lives.

This training is being built with real diversity in mind, not as an afterthought but as part of the design. Eighteen students, working in small triads alongside experienced mentor coaches, with racial and cultural attention held throughout the training. Students from the global majority will be mentored by certified Clear Beliefs Coach Adrianne Arendse.
Deep Attunement Practice focuses on the trauma‑informed and racially informed coaching skills of the coach.
Trauma-informed practice is not a set of knowledge. It is a state of being, and we can only be present in that way when we have worked on our own trauma. We look at the different types of trauma and demystify what trauma really is. It is not only what happened to us, but also what did not happen that we needed to happen. The absence of certain conditions in childhood can be internalised by the child as trauma. We look at intergenerational and ancestral trauma, how it intersects with our own, and the compounding effect of the different traumas we experience through life. We are more effective as practitioners when we start to integrate our trauma.
To develop nervous system sensitivity, we first become deeply aware of our own responses and nervous system adaptation patterns. Every person’s experience is unique, so our own awareness does not dictate how we read someone else. However, knowing that shift from the inside out builds the muscle of sensing when something is shifting in others, which is key to co-regulation and to enabling transformation. Deep Attunement Practice helps you notice the micro movements, the small pauses, the hesitation behind the words not spoken. When the nervous system feels truly seen, beliefs and identity transformation becomes inevitable.
With heart field attunement we take co-regulation to a deeper level, by tapping into the science and human experience of the biofield. HeartMath Institute research reports that the heart’s electromagnetic field can be detected up to about three feet from the body. By tapping into our own and our clients’ field, we can become curious about energetic blocks that may get in the way of a full release of limiting beliefs, or the full integration of a trauma. Our biofields interact, and we live entangled with the people around us. When we open the heart and expand our field in a healthy way, our relationships become healthier and more meaningful.
Particular attention to racial and cultural diversity is held throughout the training. To develop nervous system sensitivity, we also need to be aware of intergenerational trauma, due to the legacy of slavery, colonialism and imperialism, and of current trauma from internalised and institutionalised racism, and their impact on people from the Global Majority. This sensitivity is crucial for any practitioner who holds space for people of colour. It also allows us to see beyond the Western viewpoint, in how we think and relate to others. Racially informed practice is essential to building a more equal and equitable society.
In the live sessions with Silvia and guest experts, we go deeper into:
Silvia is the most skilled mentor coach I've worked with throughout my ICF credentialing journey. Her ability to perceive subtle patterns, distinctions, and opportunities for growth is exceptional. Over six months of working together, she consistently challenged me to feel more deeply, trust my intuition, and strengthen my coaching precision while remaining fully client-centered. Her guidance helped me expand beyond a primarily cognitive, corporate coaching approach into a deeper, more embodied and presence-centered practice. What I appreciate most is Silvia's direct, honest feedback. She has a rare ability to deliver developmental insights that are both rigorous and encouraging. I left every conversation with greater clarity, stronger capabilities, and increased confidence in my coaching. I wholeheartedly recommend Silvia to any coach seeking to accelerate their development and deepen their mastery.

Powerfully impactful healing session! Silvia's coaching style is unique and transformational, and like nothing I've ever experienced before. Her intuitive approach and heartfelt insight offered a way to let go of long-held beliefs and patterns. Our work together was meaningful, and I intend to stay connected to her powerful coaching methodology. I recommend Silvia highly and enthusiastically!

Every Wednesday evening you'll join a live class of three hours. One class a month is with Lion for a deep-dive into the principles and practices of the Clear Beliefs Method. These aren't pre-recorded lectures. Your teachers are in the room with you.
Between live sessions, you'll have full access to a comprehensive learning platform built specifically for this training: 100+ PDF lessons, 60+ video and audio recordings of class lectures and live demonstrations, and detailed step-by-step instructions for every process. Plus 75+ additional articles and reference materials for deeper study. Everything you need to understand, integrate, and master the methodology at your own pace.
This training is fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation for 40 Continuing Coach Education hours. On graduation, you'll be certified as a Clear Beliefs Coach, a credential that signals to clients and colleagues alike that you've trained in one of the most sophisticated methodologies for root-level change available anywhere.
Reading about change and being able to facilitate it are two very different things. That's why a significant portion of this training is devoted to hands-on practice. You'll work in small triads, rotating through coach, client, and observer, so you experience every dimension of the process. By the time you graduate, this work won't just be something you understand. It'll be something you can do fluently, in any session, with any client.
You won't be practising alone. A mentor coach will meet with your group regularly throughout the training, observing your sessions, giving direct feedback, and providing individualised mentoring as you develop your skills. This is the support structure that turns good students into confident practitioners.
You'll receive recordings of every live class, bonus articles, recorded interviews and demonstrations, and additional study materials to deepen your practice long after graduation. And perhaps most valuably: you'll receive the rights to use Lion's Clients Pre-Recorded Course directly with your own clients, a complete 8-session coaching package. For many graduates, this alone recoups the investment within their first few months of practice.
Part of the 23 live classes, with demos, Q&As and deep dives into Lion’s teachings. We analyse the demos and bring real case studies, going deeper into practices such as emotional attunement and heart field attunement and nervous system regulation.
Expert-led teaching that takes your practice deeper, including:
Silvia facilitates the triads and the wider group, and Adrianne Arendse leads the Global Majority students, helping you go deeper in your understanding and in your capacity to feel the client’s experience.

Lion is the creator of the Clear Beliefs Method. The training brings together more than 40 years of study and practice across psychology, neurology, personal growth and spirituality, and more than 700 practitioners have graduated from it. He is based in Sonoma County, California.
Silvia is a trauma-informed nervous system coach, somatic practitioner, speaker and facilitator, based in Cornwall, UK. This is the work that set her on her own path, and she has spent six years coaching it, mentoring it and evolving through it. She adds a deeper trauma-informed lens, nervous system sensitivity, heart field attunement, and particular attention to racial and cultural diversity.
The training runs for eight months. Level One access opens on 1 December 2026, and weekly live classes begin on 6 January 2027, on Wednesdays from 6 to 9pm UK time. The training ends with graduation on 28 July 2027. One class a month is with Lion, and the others are with Silvia or a guest expert.
Eight to twelve hours per week is the average time students take to complete the course and meet the high standards of the training. Live classes are three hours each Wednesday evening. Alongside them you practise in triads, rotating through coach, client and observer, which you schedule at your convenience: once a week at first, then three times a week from the middle of Level Two through to the end of Level Three. You also need time with the training library. It is a comprehensive training, and it asks for real commitment each week.
Eight to twelve hours per week is the average time students take to complete the course and meet the high standards of the training. If you know you can’t handle the required time, attention and energy, you can still join the training, but you will only be able to sit in triad practices as a client (not as an observer or coach).
You can apply for an additional four-month extension to complete the graduation requirements at your own pace. Your mentor coach will not be able to assist you beyond the eight-month training.
Classes are recorded for those who can’t attend, so you can follow along in your own time. Weekly practice sessions with other students are scheduled at your convenience.
A mentor coach meets with your group regularly throughout the training, observing your sessions, giving direct feedback and providing individualised mentoring as you develop your skills. You also practise in small supervised triads, rotating through the roles of coach, client and observer.
This is a comprehensive training, and the requirements are rigorous, yet they are easy to accomplish if you keep up with the assignments each week. Here are the minimum requirements for graduation:
To fulfil all of the requirements, students report that it requires a commitment of eight to twelve hours each week.
Yes. If you are not interested in the full ICF CCE certification, you are welcome to attend without it. You will need to study all the material and take part in the triads, and fully engage with the materials and practices. You are not obliged to fulfil the additional ICF requirements, such as the weekly reports, the observed sessions and the Final Exam.
No. The training library gives you 100+ PDF lessons, 60+ video and audio recordings and step-by-step instructions for every process, and classes are recorded. You can give your full attention to the live class. You are welcome to take notes if that helps you learn.
We can’t promise outcomes, because they depend on what you bring and how fully you practise. This is a personal development journey as well as a coaching qualification, and you are encouraged to bring your own life into the practice.
